Kitchen Manager/Head Chef

Alibi Wood Fire Pizzaria is looking for a motivated individual to join our team. Our Kitchen Manager would be responsible for producing diversified menus to maximize production, quality and produce. Establishing the work schedule and organize the work flow in the kitchen to create a "well oiled machine". Plan the food design to create the perfect match between the dish's aspect and taste, pairing with wine, beer or liquor. Hiring, training and encouraging staff to provide the best results. Maintain order and displine in the kitchen. Developing cross marketing strategies with Bar Director, such as wine/drink pairings. Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards. Kitchen experience is required.
